Guardians Of The Galaxy 2: James Gunn confirm that will not be Captain Marvel and the Symbionts

Fresh from large and well-deserved success of Guardians of the Galaxy, the talented James Gunn is working hard on the script of the sequel, the Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and recently answered a few questions on twitter about the presence of some of the characters in the film.

Of course, the director has not confirmed anything, merely deny. As for Captain Marvel (whose debut was rumored in this sequel, before becoming a star in his film solitary), Gunn said the following:

In fact, a character like Captain Marvel would be far too cumbersome in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, a film that already includes an ensemble cast. About the rumors about the symbiotic - and then Venom, now that Spider-Man is part of the Universe Marvel Cinematic - the director was more evasive, but still seems to exclude their presence:

For the uninitiated, the symbionts are an alien species that binds to another living being (eg, a human) in a symbiotic relationship, as with Eddie Brock (or Mac Gargan) and Venom.

At this point, fans can guess what will be the new heroes or antagonists of the film, which will be added to Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket, Groot and Drax.
