It is Luke Mitchell Known for having starred in the tv series "The Tomorrow People" 

In the tv series Marvel Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Luke Mitchell will play Lincoln. 

The character is described as a charismatic Inhuman, which will help Skye (Chloe Bennet) to control her power and to understand what it means to belong to the species of the Inhumans.
